Description The curved version of our transfer board ranges are particularly useful for side by side sitting transfers that involve a chair or wheelchair. Made from our lightweight, but incredibly strong acrylic, they are easy to lift and position. Transferring between two surfaces where the user also has the added obstacle of a chair arm, is often awkward and can feel precarious. The inside curve of this sitting transfer board has been carefully calculated to assist. Transfer boards are most suitable for patients/clients who have strength in their arms to move without assistance.
